My name is Wolter Martin Busscher. By day, I am a secondary school teacher, and in my free time, I am a passionate basketball fan, illustrator, and – above all – a dedicated family man.
I love exploring and discovering new adventures with my family.
Why Hero?
At school in the Netherlands, my students, mainly the boys, found it hard to discover books they liked. Therefore, in 2016, I chose to write my own. I composed a story I believed they would like, and to my amazement, they loved it.
After positive feedback on Wattpad, I saw the story’s bigger potential. Over time, the 180-page draft expanded into a 1,500-page saga.
That adventure kicks off with Hero-Journey to the East, which is around 450 pages. I get my storytelling ideas from stuff like Star Wars and Back to the Future. I hope you feel like you’re part of the story and having a great time.
